Radical Silk Return & Refund Policy

The Radical Silk RETURNS AND REFUNDS policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or accept a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be packaged in a way that prevents any damage that may occur during shipping. 

Additionally, gift cards cannot be returned.

I take particular care in describing the pieces listed on Radical Silk.

All items are vintage and they may, more often than never, have little imperfections, like you and I. 

If your item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise unsatisfactory, I invite you to contact me at the soonest in order for us to find a solution.

To complete your return, I will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds cannot be granted: 

*I may miss little flaws and may not accept a return if I deem the nature of the defect too minimal. In minimal I mean issues such as wrinkles, a bit of pill, a fade in color (which will normally be mentioned) etc.  

* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

* Any item that does not fit your size. Please see detailed measurements under each item listed on the shop. 

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the delay customary with the payment provider.

SALE ITEMS

Items sold at a reduced price are a final sale, and cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please e-mail me your issue and I will provide you with a return address. I ask that all items returned be shipped with a tracking number

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
