70s vintage bottle green sheer blouse with super retro tartan/flower print. Three layers of ruffle at the sleeves and collar. Thin fabric, sheer in some areas, slightly shiny, like satin, in others. So delightfully 70s, although it very well could have been made a little later, in the 80s.
